Northline Industrial, LLC is building the case for a phased rail-services platform in Groveton, within the Town of Northumberland, New Hampshire. We are working toward site control while validating customer demand, railroad access, land use, utilities, engineering, environmental pathways, and financing. Phase One is designed around focused railcar services; planned services are not yet commercially available.
The cause
Industrial capability should not disappear quietly.
Groveton has the industrial experience, rail corridor, and community commitment to support a new chapter of productive work. Northline is shaping a focused first operating step here: solve real railcar-service needs, create skilled jobs, and build training pathways as each site and operating requirement is proven.

When a railcar travels empty or out of route to reach essential service capacity, the asset is moving without carrying the load it was built to move. Northline’s opportunity is to place multiple fleet services closer to the freight flows they support—and build a stronger industrial base around that operating need.
